TELEHOUSE Information Management System
Only authorized TELEHOUSE clients and employees have access to the TELEHOUSE Information Management System (TIMS) relational database. The primary role of our one-stop, online client data bank is to facilitate support-related communications between TELEHOUSE clients and technical staff. TIMS offers information regarding contacts, cabinet locations, circuits, trouble tickets, package delivery, and procedures, which are relevant to clients obtaining support at all TELEHOUSE facilities.
